Troubleshooting Log-in problem

1. To download installation files
At your first visit to this site, Files will be automatically installed.
If you have any problem to install them, Click here to download Installation files.

2. To change Pop-up Blocker settings
If you can't log-in to GSFS, check your Internet Explore settings as below.

1. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker.
2. Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

※ If you want to see pop-up windows from a specific Web site,

   1. click Tool > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings
   2. type the URL(http://gsfs.lge.com/) to allow box, and then click Add.
